About Us

Keith Baliko was born in Flint, Michigan in 1967. He attended Ferris State University and majored in Automotive Management and subsequently attended Central Michigan University where he received his Master’s degree in Business Management. He has over 30 years of mixed automotive and supplier experience in both OE and the Tier 1/Tier 2 supply side. In 2018, he started his own representative company to assist clients in program management.  His entrepreneurial spirit has always been his driving force to make a difference.  Keith is married and a father of two children.  He loves warm weather, travel, golf, or any outdoor activity that can involve his family.

Shane Taylor was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1976. He has had various jobs throughout his career, but the most rewarding one was his bar, Irish Red Grill & Steakhouse.  His experience and exceptional talent allowed the business to be very successful which then afforded the opportunity to open his own coffee shop in 2019. His personal drive and professionalism speak volumes for his tenacity to achieve the next level of success. Shane is unmarried and has teenage twin boys. He loves PBR, Jameson, being on the water, and just hanging with friends.

As such, the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot Coffee and Tea company is the next platform to continue the dream.  Shane and Keith became great friends and were talking one day about dreams, and this literally was drafted out of a cocktail napkin.  From there, we started our path to “living the dream”.
